Retired Wing Commander Nalin Jayetileke, psc

International Mentor | Corporate Trainer | Self-Motivator

ThinkScope is led by its President, Retired Wing Commander Nalin Jayetileke, a distinguished international mentor and corporate trainer with extensive experience collaborating with leading counsellors and mentoring professionals across Sri Lanka and Australia. In 2024, he was officially appointed as a Mentor by the Young Christian Association (YCA) Melbourne, one of the oldest and most respected mentoring institutions, further reinforcing ThinkScope's credibility and global recognition.

Retired Wing Commander Nalin Jayetileke, psc is a distinguished international mentor and corporate trainer with extensive experience collaborating with leading counsellors and mentoring professionals across Sri Lanka and Australia. He is widely respected across both military and corporate sectors in Sri Lanka, having served as a Board Director for over seven established companies. He is an alumnus of S. Thomas' College, Mount Lavinia, and a graduate of the Army Command and Staff College, where he was awarded the prestigious "psc" qualification in 2003. He is a seasoned professional in logistics, and is currently pursuing his PhD at the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University.

Mr Gihan Silva

A management professional holding an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK. Gihan brings over two decades of management experience across diverse sectors, with expertise in transnational education management, strategic marketing, leadership development and corporate training.

Mr Gihan Silva is a management professional holding a Master of Business Administration from the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK. He is also a graduate of the Faculty Development Institute of Lions Clubs International, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM), and a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (MAAT). He is an Old Boy of S. Thomas' College, Mount Lavinia.
