As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility commitment, ThinkScope acts as a guardian and mentoring support system for students travelling overseas, often without parents alongside them. We provide structured mentoring for a minimum of three months after a student commences university, supporting academic, cultural and social adjustment, independent living and responsible decision-making. Students may continue to access ThinkScope mentoring throughout their studies, if required.

ThinkScope is led by its President, Retired Wing Commander Nalin Jayetileke, a distinguished international mentor and corporate trainer with extensive experience collaborating with leading counsellors and mentoring professionals across Sri Lanka and Australia. In 2024, he was officially appointed as a Mentor by the Young Christian Association (YCA) Melbourne, one of the oldest and most respected mentoring institutions, further reinforcing ThinkScope's credibility and global recognition.
